there's a possibility why she wears the band/ half pantyhose might be because she's wearing a leather knee high foot wear.. have you tried sweating on it... it hurts just to slip it out from your leg -__-

and i don't really get why so many are concerned about this pic...it's nothing new that some of the dance include moves like these. this is why they are wearing "special" underwear at concerts...just to avoid that something gets seen
