MOBECUMAS - most probably the direct english "transliteration" (if I used the term properly lol). MO - <MO>rning Musume BE - <BE>rryz Koubou CU - <CU>te MA - <MA>no Erina S - <S>mileage Basically it is still correct. The original katakana is pronounced MOBEKIMASU Same for the MO, BE and MA parts but differs in a way that: KI - Ki-yuu-to (how the katakana for C-ute is set) SU - Su-mai-ree-ji (this one's for the Smileage group).
Maybe they just decided to put in paper an "english" or westernized version of the MOBEKIMASU we all know and love :D |
